Will I get to eat anything?
Yes! Delicious food! The objective is to support all of the body’s detox cycles with clean protein, healthy fat, and colorful carbohydrates. During the detox, you will replace all packaged and prepared foods with fresh, whole, unrefined options that are low in sugar and high in cancer-fighting, liver cleansing, anti-inflammatory, revitalizing ingredients. The program offers weekly meal plans and simple, yet tasty recipes that will keep you satisfied and energized.

Turkey Lettuce Boat
½ large ripe avocado
½ sliced apple
fresh lime juice
A few pinches sea salt (or to taste)
4 slices organic turkey lunchmeat, such as Applegate Organics
4 leafs organic Romaine lettuce, washed and patted dry
1. Assemble lettuce boats by placing one slice turkey down the center of the lettuce leaf. Top with avocado, sliced apple, a squirt of fresh lime juice and a dash of sea salt.
(Losing weight can be a benefit of a detox, but this program is not a diet. The Mind, Body, and Belly Detox is not for people who are looking for a quick fix. If you do not have interest in transforming your lifestyle into a health-supporting routine or learning more about the healing power of food and your relationship to it, this detox is probably not for you.
